Mr. Kvanthai Ing
A development professional and PhD candidate with extensive experience in environmental and social safeguards, social development, research and capacity building in Cambodia.
He has contributed to projects with leading international organisations — including the World Bank, the Asian Development Bank (ADB), the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) and the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) — across infrastructure, agriculture, education, water and sanitation, and environmental management.
His expertise in designing participatory, rights-based assessments and developing actionable recommendations ensures that projects and studies produce credible findings and practical solutions tailored to Cambodian context and realities.

How we work
A four-step method, applied consistently.
Understand the operation, screen risks against the applicable framework, and agree the instruments genuinely required.
Consult affected people, ministries and implementers; collect field evidence with the right qualitative and quantitative tools.
Produce instruments, plans and reports that are compliant, readable and sized to the client’s implementation capacity.
Train the teams who will run it, and stay available through monitoring and reporting cycles.
