Our mission

To deliver high-quality, context-sensitive environmental and social safeguard solutions that enable development projects in Cambodia to achieve sustainable, inclusive and equitable outcomes.

Our vision

To be the trusted local partner for safeguard consulting and research services in Cambodia’s development sector.

Core values

The commitments behind every assignment.

These are not decoration. They determine how we scope work, who we speak to, and what we are prepared to put our name to.

  • 01
    Professionalism and integrity
Independent judgement, transparent method, and findings reported as they are.
  • 02
    Technical excellence
Methods matched to the question — and applied properly, from sampling through to analysis.
  • 03
    Cultural sensitivity and local relevance
Work conducted in Khmer where it matters, with respect for local institutions and customs.
  • 04
    Stakeholder-centred solutions
Affected people, workers and Indigenous communities are consulted as participants, not as a box to tick.
  • 05
    Continuous learning
We track evolving policy across multilateral banks and Cambodian law so our advice stays current.

How we work

A four-step method, applied consistently.

01
Scope & screen

Understand the operation, screen risks against the applicable framework, and agree the instruments genuinely required.

02
Engage & evidence

Consult affected people, ministries and implementers; collect field evidence with the right qualitative and quantitative tools.

03
Design & draft

Produce instruments, plans and reports that are compliant, readable and sized to the client’s implementation capacity.

04
Hand over & build

Train the teams who will run it, and stay available through monitoring and reporting cycles.
