Founder & Principal Consultant
Mr. Kvanthai Ing is a development professional and PhD candidate with extensive experience in environmental and social safeguards, social development, research, and capacity building in Cambodia.
He has contributed to numerous projects with leading international organizations, including the World Bank, the Asian Development Bank (ADB), the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB), and the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) across sectors such as infrastructure, agriculture, education, water and sanitation, and environmental management.

As a Cambodian consultant with extensive experience in social safeguards, Environmental and Social Risk Management (ESRM), gender and social inclusion, and rural livelihoods, I have successfully delivered many assignments for the World Bank, ADB, AIIB, UNDP Cambodia, WWF Cambodia, and Swisscontact. My expertise in designing participatory, rights-based assessments and developing actionable recommendations will ensure that the projects/studies produces credible findings and practical solutions tailored to the Cambodia context and realities.
